Call to Order
Meeting called to order at 4:30 p.m. by President Sara Socha.
Introduction of new Board members and existing Board members was completed. Sara Socha will provide list of contact information via e-mail when completed.

Election of Officers
Kathy Gourdine was nominated to be Treasurer. Motion to accept made by Dave Schoonover, seconded by Chris Pruitt. Kathy accepted the position. Motion carried.
Jeff Weiler was nominated to be Secretary. Julie Dollahon made a motion to accept, seconded by Kay Marose. Jeff accepted the position. Motion carried.
Kay Marose was nominated President-elect. Motion made by Julie Dollahon to accept, seconded by Tom Matykowski. Kay accepted. Motion carried.
Motion made to appoint Randine Celusta to the WJCIA Board. Motion to accept made by Tom Matykowski, seconded by Julie Dollahon. Motion carried.
