Organizational Meeting
September 15, 2005
Sheraton Hotel in Madison, WI

Call to Order
The September 15, 2005 Meeting was called to order at 4:40 p.m. by Darren Dannhoff, WJCIA President.
Introduction of Board Members
Each person introduced him or herself and advised which county he or she represented.
Secretary’s Report
A motion was made by Tom Matykowski to waive the Secretary’s Report until the next meeting. Jeff Lindeman seconded this motion. The motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report
The Treasurer’s Report was given on Tuesday, September 13, 2005. There is no new report. Matt Wecker made a motion to accept and Tom Matykowski seconded the motion. Motion carried
Election of Officers
Kay Marose nominated Tom Matykowski for President-Elect. Randi Celusta seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Randi Celusta nominated Jeff Weiler as Secretary. Kathy Gourdine seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Julie Dollahon nominated Kathy Gourdine as Treasurer. Matt Wecker seconded the motion. Motion carried.
