HIGHLIGHTS OF MINUTES September 25, 2003
Board Organizational Meeting, Eau Claire WI

Meeting was called to order at 12:30
Motions were made, seconded and approved to waive the reading of the minutes and Treasure reports.

The slate of officers was approved:
President: Chris Pruitt
President-elect: Laurie Eckert Trapp
Secretary: Laurie Neis
Treasure: Kathy Gourdine
A motion was made, seconded and approved to accept the slate of officers.

Committee assignments were made.

Conference Committee recommended a solo conference in 2005. Board agreed to accept the recommendation.

New stationery an enveloped will be available at the next meeting.

WJCIA will be invited to listening sessions around the state to address DOC issues. When the president receives the invitations he will contact Board members to respeent the Association at each session.
