I. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 12:28 p.m. by President Darren Danhoff.
II. Secretary’s Report
Chris Pruitt made a motion to waive reading of the secretary’s report. The motion was seconded by Julie Dollohan. The motion was carried.
III. Treasurer’s Report
Kathy Gourdine provided copies of the treasurer’s report on tables in the back of the room. Dave Sarow made a motion to waive the reading of treasurer’s report. Kim Bolden seconded the motion. The motion was carried.
IV. Committee Reports
A. Curriculum Committee
No report.
B. Training Committee
Kim Bolden reports the Training Committee will provide five trainings in 2007. The fee will increase by $10.
C. Legislative Committee
Tom Matykowski reports the Legislative Committee will continue efforts supporting the Threat to Harm Social Worker Bill in 2007. The committee will continue to monitor pending legislation during 2007.
D. Committee on Position / Mission Statement
No report.
V. President Darren Dannhoff gave farewell address. Introduction of Tom Matykowski, new Board President. Recognized retiring Board Members: Lance Horozewski, Ellen Cheney, and Darren Dannhoff.
VI. Nomination Committee
Bob Mattice accepted nominations for election of Board members. Ballots were handed out to membership present and voting was completed. Results will be posted by the end of Conference 2006.

IX. Adjournment
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting by Dale Leonard. Motion was seconded by Chris Pruitt. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned.
