HIGHLIGHTS OF MINUTES, Annual Meeting , September 24, 2003, Plaza Hotel-Eau Claire

The meeting was called to order by President Randine Celusta

Motions were made, seconded and carried to waive the reading of the minutes of the 2002 annual meeting and the treasure’s report.

Reports were made by the Legislative, Curriculum and Information/Technology Committees.

2003-2004 President Chris Pruitt was introduced. President Pruitt presented Randine Celusta with a plaque and thanked her for her service to the Association this year.

The names of the slate of nominees for the 2003-2004 Board were read. Nominations were asked for from the floor. There were none. A motion was made, seconded and carried to approve the slate of nominees by unanimous acclimation.

Motion was made, seconded and carried to adjourn the meeting.
