Threats to harm bill – no action recently. Not likely to pass, as session is almost over. Discussion regarding whether we should reintroduce it given the lack of support thus far.

AB 676 (Access to juvenile CCAP records) A point was made that it would affect records in court-attached intake offices.

AB 809 (IDA/ CHIPS timelines) - this bill would effectively limit the time intake in some counties would have to deal with a CHIPS court referral, depending on how a particular county structures their process.

AB 746 (putting 17-yr-olds back in juvenile system) We are following this bill closely.

AB 239 (allowing conditions to be placed on the juvenile pre-disposition) Discussion regarding some courts doing this already.
