Rooms at Glacier Canyon Lodge at the Wilderness
$70 Single, $80 Double, $90 Triple & $100 Quad
To reserve your room call 1-800-867-WILD, and tell the reservation agent that they are booking a room under the WI Juvenile Court Intake Assn. block.
All guest rooms are subject to an 11% room tax unless proper documentation is supplied and approved prior to arrival. Hard copy of attendee tax exempt certificate will be required upon check in.
Required deposit policy is one night stay per room, Total balance due will be collected upon check in.
The cut-off date for rooms at the special conference rate is September 10, 2009.
Photo ID required for all check-ins
Check in is at 4:00 pm, check out at 11:00 am.
The hotel has a no pet policy.
All rooms are non-smoking.
Rooms include: TV, microwave, minifridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
Rates quoted include wrist bands for admission to all water parks on property.
Room cancellation
To receive a full refund, rooms must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival date. Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit.
